Job Description:
- Conduct quantity take-offs, bill of quantities.
- Communicate with customers on enquiries.
- Read, understand and interpret proposal documents, drawings and specifications
- Prepare progress reports (daily / weekly / monthly) for Management
- Ensure site work adheres to timeline projected by site-in-charge
- To raise, monitor and solve all issues concerning site work, time and resource planning during projects to Site-in-charge
- Responsible for the project quality and delivery schedule
- Ensure Safety, Health and Environment procedures and the relevant industrial rules and regulations are complied with.
- Develop and implement Safe Work Procedures and/or Methods of Statement for project activities.
- Coordination of meetings, on-site or off-site activities
- Purchase/Procurement of Materials to be used for work being carried out.
- Risk assessment and other related documents to be prepared for specific task.
- Perform repair/maintenance of equipment as per assigned
- Manage, train and supervise group of workers/supervisors
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years relevent experience
- Possess of Class 3 license
- ITE /Diploma in Mechanical background or a related field.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions. (e.g., construction sites, manufacturing plants).
- Good understanding of mechanical systems and processes
- Willing to travel to work sites including in Jurong Island
