Love, Bonito is a digital-first company on a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman and inspire self-confidence. We are Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. In addition, we have also expanded into international markets namely the Philippines and the United States of America.
Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 65% female representation in leadership roles (#girlpower!). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we’re on the cusp of something great, where we’re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

The role
You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the overall brand social strategy that acts as a vehicle to grow, support, engage, and strengthen the relationship between Love, Bonito, and our customers and the greater community of women, all over the world. You will deep-dive into our Social Media Pillar and function as a full member of the Global Brand Marketing Team. Projects will be shared with you in more detail during the recruitment process.
Main responsibilities
- Assist the social team with posting operations for the global social content calendar, ensuring consistent posting schedules
- Support social team in social shoots and coverages for branded campaigns and activations held in Singapore
- Support social team in ideation, coordination and execution of LIVE operations and social giveaways to continuously engage our community
- Support in creating content briefs and working with various stakeholders to ensure relevant high-quality, branded content is delivered
- Provide community support to the social media team, monitoring and responding to comments, queries and DMs on the respective social media channels
- Support social performance reporting, particularly in social listening and market research, to keep the team informed of trends.
- Research, analyse and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content
- BONUS: If you’re able to ideate and create relevant and engaging social media video content
- Strong multitasking and project management skills
- Adept in Google Suite (Word, Slide, Sheets)
- Good knowledge of social media best practices and trends
- Able to adapt and independently evolve in an ever-changing and dynamic environment with professionalism, responsiveness and fiexbility under pressure.
- Experience in video-editing software such as Premiere Pro/Final Cut/Capcut will be a bonus
- Prior experience in marketing, creative work, fashion photography, or videography will be a bonus.
- A commitment of 6 months full-time for this internship is preferred. Internships on attachments to school programmes are welcomed.
