  • Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement effective training programs and materials that address the needs of various departments and align with organizational objectives.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations to identify skill gaps and development needs.
  • Program Management: Manage the end-to-end training process, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging training content, including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive activities.
  • Facilitation: Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars, utilizing various instructional techniques and technologies.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external training providers and consultants to enhance in-house training capabilities.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; provide reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Partner with department heads and managers to identify specific training needs and support career development plans for employees.
  • Talent Development: Support the development of leadership and high-potential employees through targeted development programs and career planning.

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in learning and development, training, or a related HR role.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to assess training effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-learning platforms.
  • 16 days annual leave
  • 5 days work week - 8.30am - 5.45pm
  • Located at McPherson Area, 10 min walk from Tai Seng MRT
  • Yearly performance review
