We are looking for a part-time centre receptionist to work for our centre just outside the CBD. We understand the importance of work-life balance, so the position can be 4 x half days or 2.5 days, allowing you to manage your time effectively. However, one of the work day must be on Monday.
Job scope
Attend to the clients
Keep the centre in order, including replenishing of snacks
Send messages to our clients to remind them of their appointments
Assist the centre director with preparing PowerPoint presentations and logistics for the workshop
General administrative duties such as printing and filing
Expectation:
GEO O level or above
Pleasant disposition and people-oriented
Able to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint competently
Work closely with the centre director, the senior centre executive and the accountant
The candidate is expected to start work by 7 October at the latest.
