Job Overview:
The Boutique Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Boutique Manager in leading and managing the store operations to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role acts as the second-in-charge and plays a key role in driving the performance of the team, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers, motivating the team to achieve sales target, and maintaining the store's overall standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Act as the leader on duty in the absence of the Boutique Manager, ensuring smooth store operations.
2. Team Training and Development:Assist in training and mentor sales associates, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform at their best.
3. Customer Service:Ensure that every customer receives a personalised and memorable shopping experience, including giving advice to customers on how to mix & match their outfits and accessories.
4. Sales & Performance: Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales goals, including executing in-store promotions and visual merchandising to drive sales.
5. Operational Excellence:Assist in overseeing daily boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a well-organised boutique environment.
6. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention by conducting regular stock audits and ensuring accurate stock records.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory, preferably in fashion retail.
- Proven experience in a sales-oriented retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Well-groomed with an enthusiastic personality and an outgoing character.
- Strong desire to learn and succeed.

- Excellent customer service mindset and skills.
- Have a passion for fashion and retail.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Candidate with less working experience can be considered for a Senior Sales Associate or Sales Associate position.
