Job Scope
- To perform daily sales activities, including closing sales through recommending customers products and sharing our products benefits.
- To provide highest level of customer service, including giving advice to customers on how to mix & match their outfits and accessories.
- Ensure effective display of merchandise, including the VM is executed according to our guidelines.
- Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Manages full spectrum of retail operations & maintain smooth store operations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
- Well-groomed with an enthusiastic personality and an outgoing character.
- Strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Strong organisation ability.
- Excellent customer service mindset and skills.
- Have a passion for fashion and retail.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Candidate with more working experience can be considered for Senior Sales Associate position.
