Job Responsibilities：
1. HVAC Design and Design Management, solve technical matters
- Responsible for Inhouse HVAC Conceptual Design Deliverables Development, including Drawings, Report, Calculation and etc.
- Responsible for HVAC Discipline Design Coordination and Design Management with Deign Department.
- Responsible for HVAC Discipline Technical Support to the Project Lifecycle
- Responsible for HVAC Department relevant Local and Oversea Project Technical Matters Judgement and Determination
2. HVAC Design Standard Development
- Setup HVAC Design Standard
- Setup/support HVAC Design Standard Details
- Develop Oversea HVAC Master Specification to compliant different countries criteria
- Support to optimize and Maintenance HVAC Local Brand List
3. Support MECH Team Technical Expertise Development
- Collect and analysis Previous Project(s) Lesson Learnt
- Support Technical Workshop and Sharing Session
Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, HVAC Engineering
2. Must have at least 8 Years Working Experience in Industrial HVAC Design / commissioning, Design Management relevant Experience
3. More than 5 years of engineering experience in pharmaceutical industry
4. Need some Leadership Skills and Determination based on technical background and skill
5. Must be Proactive, Determination, Self-motivated, have Ownership, and Strong Anti-pressure Capability
6. Problem Solving and Innovation Skills:
1) Be experienced in analyzing and solving similar problems
2) Be capable of analyzing and finding problems solutions through evaluation and judgment
3) Need to analyze to find problems and find solutions through evaluation and judgment
4) Can define problems through data analysis and understand process for decision-making
7. Good Communication Skill
