Job Content：
1. MECH Design and Design Management, Lead as Technical Leader for Technical Matters
- Responsible for Inhouse MECH Conceptual Design Deliverables Development, including Drawings, Report and etc
- Responsible for MECH Discipline Design Coordination and Design Management with AE Firm(s)
- Responsible for MECH Discipline Technical Support to the Project Lifecycle
- Responsible for Lead MECH Department relevant Local and Oversea Project Technical Matters Judgement and Determination
2. MECH Design Standard Development
- Lead to setup MECH Design Standard
- Lead to Setup MECH Design Standard Details
- Lead to Develop Oversea MECH Master Specification to compliant different countries criteria
- Lead to value engineering and maintenance MECH Local Brand List
3. MECH Team Technical Expertise Development
- Lead Previous Project(s) Lesson Learnt
- Lead to Setup Technical Workshop and Sharing Session
- Responsible for Team Technical Capability Development
4. Responsible for Project Design & Design Management as Design Manager
- Independently Lead Local Project and/or Oversea Small Scale CAPEX Project as Design Manager
- Support Portfolio Oversea Mega Scale CAPEX Project as Deputy Design Manager / Area Design Manager
Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, Engineering
2. Must have at least 15 Years Working Experience in Industrial MECH Design/commissioning, Design Management relevant Experience
3. More than 8 years of engineering experience in Biopharmaceutical industry
4. Must have Leadership Skills and Determination based on technical background and skill
5. Must be Proactive, Determination, Self-motivated, have Ownership, and Strong Anti-pressure Capability
6. Problem Solving and Innovation Skills:
1) Be experienced in solving and analyzing a variety of non-process problems
2) Be capable of analyzing and finding problems solutions through evaluation and judgment
3) Can define problems through data analysis and understand process for decision-making
4) Can find problems and innovatively solve problems without precedent
5) Highly complex problems and extensive analysis and modeling are needed for solution
