We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Executive cum Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties.

Reception Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, embodying our brand values through courteous and professional interactions
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized reception area that reflects our brand image and values
Administrative and Team Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments to ensure efficient operation of the office team
- Coordinate and facilitate office activities
- Manage Travel Desk and travel arrangements for local team
- Prepare IT and staff access setup for new joiners
- Take up the role as fire warden for fire drill
- Manage office maintenance & supplies
Any other duties as assigned by your manager.
