Application Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Tenant Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new tenants onto our platform, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary support throughout
- Solution Provision: Offer tailored solutions to clients that align with product policies and utilize cutting-edge technologies, addressing their specific needs and requirements
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, staying updated on the latest features and advancements to effectively guide clients and internal teams
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to tenants and internal stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and resolving inquiries in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in full software development lifecycle, application support, development, or implementation
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality
- Experience working with Angular, Go, AWS and Azure Entra ID is a plus; Experience working with SaaS platforms and familiarity with tenant/subscription-based models is a plus
- Preferably have experience with Microsoft Entra ID
