Job Descriptions
General:
· Develop a strong understanding of Company’s business model and objectives, aligning product business cases, product strategy and roadmaps for strategic products.
· Accountable for the entire product portfolio and driving a product strategy and roadmap aligned with broader organizational strategies, deeply engaging with other functions to ensure expected business outcomes.
· Engage directly with cross-function personnel, combining their input with insight into markets to define and prioritized product requirements.
· Responsible in maintaining and updating comprehensive marketing materials for Strategic Alliance Partners products.
· Responsible for excellent product implementation and accurate, timely communications of status.
· Assist in driving and championing recommendations to Product Development of new technologies available. Ensure product content and prices are accurate.
· Other initiatives identified by managers/senior managers.
Market Research:
· Conduct market research and analysis and provide market segmentation for potential products. Ensure the products align with the company’s strategic business planning for long term growth.
· Collect product and market feedback, requirements, and standards for management approval on collaboration and next steps.
Requirement:
· Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or deep expertise in relevant product portfolio management.
· 1-3 years of work experience as a Product Portfolio Management Executive or relevant.
· Candidates with experience in medical device, rehabilitation and advance technology robotics products would be an advantage.
· Strong public speaking and written communication skill.
· Self-motivated and pleasant team player with good interpersonal, organisational, and analytical skills.
· Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
