Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Deliver IT technical support for end user services, including identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners, and hardware components.
Software Management
- Install, reinstall, troubleshoot, and reconfigure Microsoft Windows and related applications (e.g., Windows 10 OS, MS Office, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook).
- Install and deploy software on Apple iPads.
System Maintenance
- Perform regular maintenance and updates for printers and other hardware.
Manage move, add, and change (MAC) requests and support queries.
Support Coverage
- Ensure reliable 24/7 business-as-usual (BAU) support, including handling projects and technology refreshes.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
- Prefer minimum 1 year of end - user support experience
- Good team player
