Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Events Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Events Executive, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing various events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding clients’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all clients’ needs are listened to, understood and responded to in a timely manner.
- Clear communication to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and project status.
- Management of budget, schedules and project status.
- End-to-end event operations, including venue sourcing, securing third party costs, onsite event management, etc.
- Manage event registration and attendee communication, including tracking RSVPs, managing ticket sales, and responding to inquiries.
- Develop detailed event plans, timelines and budgets to ensure all aspects of the event are planned and executed seamlessly.
- Guide the development, writing and presentation of project proposals, schedules and plans.
- Collaborate with creative and projection teammates to ensure the integrity of work.
- Support Account Managers to build the agency’s account portfolio through new business pitches.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in an events, marketing or creative agency.
- Curious, with a deep interest in culture and an appreciation for the experiential.
- Excellent command of English, with the ability to convey thoughts in a succinct, thorough manner.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to last minute’s changes.
- Good organizational techniques with meticulous attention to details.
- Proficient in basic Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote.
- Able to work flexible hours and travel as needed for events.
