Responsibilities
Design Technical Solutions
- Analyze business needs and requirements to create effective technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
Align Business and Technology
- Identify and recommend the best technology solutions to address business problems and meet project objectives.
Collaborate with Teams
- Work closely with project managers and technical teams to develop a high-level vision and strategy for enterprise solutions and development projects.
Ensure Compliance and Integrity
- Maintain architectural integrity by ensuring solutions adhere to regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and standards.
Evaluate and Improve Architecture
Assess current system architectures and suggest improvements to enhance performance and scalability.
Document Integration
Document and manage the integration and interaction of different applications and systems within the architecture.
Guide and Mentor
Provide guidance and coaching to project teams to build their technical skills and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Manage Stakeholder Expectations
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management
Identify and address potential risks related to business processes or architectural decisions to mitigate negative impacts.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft Dot Net environment and frameworks/systems.
- Experience with database design and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of integrated business systems and technical challenges.
- Ability to detail and communicate the proposed architectural solutions and their benefits.
- Experience in enterprise CMS, CRM, ERP, and Mobile Applications.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows) and databases (e.g., MSSQL).
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure) and understanding of SaaS and PaaS models.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure Certified Solutions Architect).
- Prior experience in consulting or business strategy.
- Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
