- Industry/Organization Type: Land and Offshore Engineering Solutions Provider
- Position Title: CNC Programmer/Machinist
- Working Location: Gul Circle
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + OT + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Mazak CNC programming to create precision parts according to drawings or technical specifications.
- Conduct CNC milling and lathe programming, and set up jobs on CNC machines efficiently.
- Prepare and organize raw materials, and tools, and generate necessary offline programming to execute jobs.
- Adjust and set machine parameters (feed rate, speed, etc.) based on material type and tool selection to optimize machining speed and quality.
- Execute progressive machining operations to produce precision components.
- Develop detailed machining process plans and accurately estimate cycle times.
- Provide technical support for the daily manufacturing process, including designing jigs and fixtures.
- Assist the Quality Control (QC) department by compiling documentation, supporting instrument calibration, and providing gauge room support.

- Secondary education or a National Trade Certificate.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, specifically with expertise in CNC programming and machining.
- Proficient in reviewing and selecting tooling for machine tools.
