  • Conceptualise, plan and organise all events, including, for fundraising, community engagement, workshops/conferences, open houses, volunteer appreciation and training.
  • Duties include managing tenders for events, developing timelines, programmes, sourcing of venues, vendors, sponsors, performances, managing event budgets, on-site operations and communications with stakeholders
  • For events that are externally outsourced to event management companies (EO), the M/AM is responsible for evaluating the EO’s creative proposals and operational plans and ensuring they meet the brief
  • Guide events team in managing and executing all events
  • Manage and achieve fundraising targets for events

Job Requirements

  • Min Degree in any course
  • Experience in social service sector is highly advantageous
  • Able to commence work within short notice
