Job Description & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling clients' financial accounting (full sets of accounts), and preparing monthly/yearly financial income statements.
• Maintain a full set of periodic accounts and schedules complying with relevant accounting policies and liaise with clients, auditors, and 3rd parties
• Handle client payroll matters including foreign work passes, staff claims, and maintenance of leave records
• Prepare and submit direct (corporate and personal) and indirect (GST and withholding tax) taxes
• Manage and maintain client's statutory records.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties from time to time
Requirements
• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of accounting software and HR policies
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills & communication skills and able to work with the Management & all levels of staff
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
