Position Overview:


We are seeking a skilled Marketing Consumer Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team for a short-term project of 3 months. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding consumer behavior, analyzing market trends, and translating data into actionable insights to inform marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Consumer Insights Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.
  • Analyze data from various data sources, including surveys, social media, and sales reports.
  • Identify key consumer insights that can drive marketing strategies and campaigns.

2. Market Research:

  • Design and execute market research projects to gather relevant data.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to assess market needs, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format

3. Data Interpretation and Reporting:

  • Interpret complex data sets and generate comprehensive reports on consumer insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide context for insights

4. Strategic Recommendations:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to integrate consumer insights into strategic planning.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance marketing strategies, product development, and customer engagement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related roles in the similar industry
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, R, Tableau).
  • Experience with survey design, statistical analysis, and interpreting data from various sources.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
