Job Description
Support Governance and Deliverables of Strategic Initiatives:
- Engage with stakeholders across the bank as needed, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment. Ensure close coordination with upstream and downstream stakeholders for any internal and external dependencies.
- Manage scorecards, tracking mechanisms, and cadence across Data Platform and Transformation Group initiatives.
- Develop and prepare high-quality executive-level presentations and reports. Translate complex information into clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals and messaging.
- Ensure timely follow-up of action items, identification and resolution of risks and issues. Schedule, coordinate, and manage senior stakeholder governance meetings, ensuring timely distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and relevant documentation. Publish minutes and track and follow up on action items, ensuring accountability and completion.
- Manage various programs and projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
- Support PMO Lead and Platform COO in preparation of regular and ad-hoc briefings, decks, and white papers for the CAO, CDO, Group CIO, GMC, and Group CEO, as well as other Data governance forums and other senior stakeholders as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Self-starter with 3-5 years’ business experience in financial services industry, preferably in banking. Experience in a management consulting firm will be an advantage.
- Strong track record of project management skill with several years running projects and initiatives in large corporations or financial services firm and a fast-paced environment with a lean team
- Graduate / Post-graduate degree preferably in a science or finance related discipline.
- Ability to attend to details while keeping the big picture goals in mind, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and within the tight deadlines.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills, Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel with an ability to support in producing top-management ready decks under tight deadlines.

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in preparing executive-level presentations and reports.

- An understanding of current trends in Data, Data technology and AI/ML is a plus.
