- Supports Commercial teams on Quote Creation & Samples Requests within Salesforce.com
- Validate new Customer signup requests from Sales/Customer Service teams to aligned with local Trade/Regulatory Compliance
- Coordinate timely submissions of Tenders and the relevant documents on behalf of Sales/Commercial teams
- Handle “Demo” inventory and coordinate timely delivery of “Demo” assets
- Support Purchase Requisitions from 3rd Party Vendors/Suppliers
- Respond timely to Sales/Commercial enquiries sent to the Sales Support Team mailbox
- Handle new dealer's onboarding and agreements
Requirements
- Min N / O / NITEC / Diploma in any courses
- Min 2 to 3 years of order processing / sales support exp
- Min experience in Either “handling of SAP and salesforce” or “handling Gov tender/ITQ like Ariba, Sesami, Gebiz”
Salary range: $3K to $3.8K
