- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
- Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices in patient care.
- Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Valid nursing license and registration to practice.
- Valid BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
