Tasks and Responsibilities
Assists to develop and execute marketing and sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
Assists to identify new revenue opportunities.
Assists to build and enhance relationships with current and potential clients to grow business portfolio.
Handles tele-sales and email enquiries.
Assists to prepare monthly reports.
Maintains and updates sales, marketing and business development documentation.
Attends clients’, suppliers’, and vendors’ meetings to understand business needs and to help in the growth of the business.
Prepares and manages costings and quotations for all ad-hoc door, ACMV, A&A and renovation businesses.
Assists to source for quotations, take measurements, and calculate material quantities.
Seeks to minimise costs while adhering to the required company standards and policies.
Keeps track of the progression of the contracts with regards to any variation.
Enhances the overall values of the projects while keeping to the standards and policies.
Communicates with the management, contractors, and subcontractors on the adjustments to cost estimates.
Assists to develop cost reduction strategies to enhance the overall value of the projects.
Assists to control project scopes to meet project objectives to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
Assists to monitor project costs to ensure the objectives of the projects are achieved in accordance with building contract law.
Assists to prepare tender and contract documents in accordance with the building and construction regulations.
Taking on ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
