Space Matrix Design Consultants is seeking a dynamic thought leader to be our Associate Director - Client Solutions. The new Associate Director - Client Solutions will be a key influence in client development & management strategy in the region.
In Brief:
- You will be a key influencer in client acquisition, development & management strategy for Singapore Client solutions.
- You will consult and showcase our value proposition to existing and prospective clients and recommend the right business and workplace solutions.
- You will work towards achieving financial goals set by the organization in order to meet the team and individual sales target.
- You will collaborate with the studio design heads and other functions for ongoing projects and new pitches in line with the value proposition to the client and the winning strategy developed by you along with the key stakeholders. Also, work closely with the team to check if client needs and strategy are being incorporated in the design and submission.
- Identify new workplace trends as well as new partners to engage with by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management as and when needed for discussion around health of the client solutions performance in Singapore
- Work closely with your international peers at Space Matrix to share best practices, leads and deals and client account information and opportunities.
- Propose innovative approaches and strategies to further strengthen the presence of Space Matrix in Singapore and position the company for a larger market share
Job requirements
- You are an eminent professional in the regional Workplace industry with a strong network with the industry.
- You have a track record of achieving financial targets in a sustained manner.
- You have a degree/experience in Architecture/Interior design or project management and experience of corporate interior projects with at least 15 years in B2B business development in the workplace industry.
- You are passionate about impacting ‘industry leading thinking’ in workplace design and execution and stay abreast of trends and competitive positioning.
- You have excellent communications skills and ability to build trust and collaborative relationships (both internally and externally).
- You are comfortable with ambiguity, have high learning agility and problem solving skills.
- You are passionate about the future of Workspaces and have the persistence and the perseverance to bring the best solutions for the customer.
