Our client, a company that handles personal care and nutritional supplements, is currently seeking a candidate to join them as an IT Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform onsite technical support on troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking issues for users
- Perform Level 1 technical support fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, setting up hardware and configuring systems and application
- Manage company’s SMS system
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or tertiary education in IT fields
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
