Job Purpose
Responsible for the overall implementation of strategic marketing and public relations plans for SEA for brand positioning and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
A. Marketing
- Assist in planning, developing and executing seasonal marketing campaigns
- Have a clear understanding of sales and customer engagement ROIs and seek suitable third-party partnerships to achieve objectives
- Propose, plan and execute in-store events and customer engagement activities to maximize sales, support season product launch and acquire/engage customers
- Effectively plan and manage all seasonal collateral’s order and distribution
- Oversee and manage all customer communication channel calendar – instore visual and video changeover calendar, email marketing, print collaterals
- Develop and manage landlord relations, oversee all mall marketing activities, promotions and in-mall advertising
- Support and manage customer data retrieval for CRM usage
- Support the management and monitoring of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking expenditures.
- Constantly be kept up to date with market trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape to support in strategy formulation
- Provide support and guidance for all wholesale partners in their marketing efforts
B. Public Relations
- Oversee and manage agencies and vendors in press/social and KOL strategy development
- Oversee and manage the effective use of press samples ensuring maximum coverage
- Develop strategic plans to maximize online and offline PR coverage
- Oversee and manage owned social media calendar, postings and recaps
- Oversee and ensure timely consolidation and submission of all press recaps to global and regional offices
- Manage the development of seasonal press kits, product launch kits
- Ensure that all external communications are on brand and consistent with the company language
- Any other ad-hoc duties
C. Media
- Oversee paid and non-paid media placement calendar and ensure timely submission of assets
Requirements
- Preferably holding a Degree in Marketing and Communications
- Minimum 5 years or above solid and relevant retail marketing experience with leading retail brands.
- Strong experience in marketing, PR planning and execution in luxury retail industry will be an advantage.
- Strong organization and communication skills in English
- Frequent liaising with business partners, vendors and media based in China and Hong Kong. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Willing to travel frequently.
- Flexible, able to navigate complexity and resourceful when faced with challenges/ambiguity
