- Looking for new opportunity for new clientele and follow-up with tasks assigned by Manager
- Expanding & retaining existing Clientele base.
- Manage requests/ feedbacks and assigning mechanical and electrical team to follow up
- Willingness to learn on the job and improve engineering processes and knowledge.
- Troubleshooting on site and identifying root cause and follow up with client on the next course of action
- Team player who can work together with other manager and workers to design, develop, test, and improve our internal processes.
- Participating in various learning experiences, which may include attending workshops and training sessions.
- Meticulous with details, preparation of paperwork for daily operations for our company
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Management.
- Assist in providing quotations and invoices for our Clientele.
- Assist in coordinating with the service team to rectify defects for our Clientele.
- Managing the technicians on site to ensure quality work to Clientele

Candidate shall possess qualifications in Mechanical / Building Services with relevant experience.
Minimum requirements:
a. Relevant Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / building services
b. 1 year relevant working experience in building services / mechanical works
c. Class 3 license (Preferred)
