Responsbilities
- Ensure that materials, equipment, and personnel are used efficiently to produce high-quality products while minimizing costs.
- Proactively investigate and troubleshoot process failures.
- Identify areas for improvement, prioritize actions, and implement solutions to enhance overall operational performance.
- Supervise and guide engineers in investigating and resolving process issues.
- Facilitate process improvements and provide actionable recommendations to the Management Review Board (MRB).
- Maintain precise operation of processes and equipment, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience with a proven track record of achieving results and leading change effectively.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and work collaboratively with others.
- Skilled in handling uncertainty and mitigating risks to ensure smooth operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong planning, negotiation, and organizational skills to manage projects and drive initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing management techniques and best practices.
