Job Summary:
- Basic $3,800 - $4,200
- 13 Months Salary
- Performance Bonus
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.30am - 12.30pm
- Location: Buona Vista MRT / One North MRT (7 mins walking distance from MRT)
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure continuous and uninterrupted operations of the buildings, offices, fixtures and fittings, and all infrastructural assets and facilities.
- Timely replacement of items.
- Liaise with contractor on the defects facilities.
- Monitor the maintenance procedures and ensure all facilities are well maintained.
- Provide suggestions on the improvement of operations.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, M&E or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Healthcare industry experience is added advantage.
- Willing to travel between clinics for ad-hoc work (West and North).
- Able to commit to 5.5 days work.
- Singaporean only.
