RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Familiar with full recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to clients’ requirements, as well as work pass procedures
· Sourcing and establish own client base, provide good customer service to clients and candidates
REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be willing to deal with all sorts of people, from low education to high education
· Sales oriented and proven track record in manpower placement industry, to attend various personnel matters as and when required
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Must be willing to attend CEI training & pass the exam
MODE OF REMUNERATION:
· Basic Allowance + High Commission
