Ø Strong building knowledge with 3-4 years’ relevant experience in commercial buildings
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Liaise with contractors for repairs of facilities & equipment.
· Supervise and monitor contracts / A&A projects.
· Assist in handling of day-to-day building facility checks.
· Attend to electrical and mechanical maintenance complaints and building defects.
· Ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to prescribed checklist and schedule.
· Ensure building facilities & equipment are in good working order.
· Report irregularities to immediate supervisor.
· Monitor service contractors and sub-contractors on site work.
· Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
· Source for quotations and to make recommendations for awarding maintenance work to competent service providers.
· Put up payment requests and certification for invoices on work done.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Diploma in Building Services / Property Management / Project & Facilities Management or related studies.
· Strong building knowledge with 3-4 years’ relevant experience in commercial buildings
· Conversant with local codes of practice and regulations.
· Good working knowledge in building, mechanical and electrical system.
· Experience in contract administration & license renewal.
· Good CAPEX & OPEX working experience
· Must have experience in either shopping mall or offices
