Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for providing primary and urgent care services, including assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, and treating.
· Educate patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive health care, to improve their overall health and outcomes.
· Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for patients.
· Collaborate with other physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and clinical staff to form a high performing medical team.
· Professionally knowledgeable, responsible, and accountable in an environment that requires efficiency, speed, and thoroughness.
· Encourages an environment of teamwork.
· Communicates ideas and goals clearly and is an effective listener.
· Demonstrates a regular and punctual attendance pattern.
· Perform all duties and functions in strict compliance of clinic policy and procedures.
· Adhere to ongoing quality improvement objectives and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
· Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all health information privacy laws.
· Ensure compliance by support staff.
· Assist in updating protocols and principles of practice as requested.
Requirements
· MBBS, Degree in Medicine from a medical school recognised by the Singapore Medical Council - SMC
