Position : Temp Staff - Corporate Human Resources, Capability & Leadership Development Aged and Ancillary Service Regulations & Transformation Division / Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
Contract duration : 1 Nov 24 – 30 April 25
6 months in the first instance, with an option to extend up to a further 6 months until 31 Oct 2025.
Temporary staff who worked for 3 months or more are entitled to staff benefits.
• Total duration for engagement of temporary staff is capped at one year.
Working hours : Mon – Thurs : 8.30am to 6pm, Fri : 8.30am to 5.30am with one hour lunch break
Salary - $4,800.00
(Degree with at least 12 years of work experience)
(Diploma with at least 17 years of work experience)
As a member of the Learning & Development Team, the temporary staff will assist to manage the learning needs and professional development of MOH officers. The staff will develop, align and implement learning and development strategies to MOH’s strategic learning needs. The staff will work in a fast paced and dynamic environment that will require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
•Implement and review existing training and competencies frameworks and initiatives to strengthen and develop the skillsets of MOH officers.
•Planning and organising various in-house courses for MOH officers, nomination and administrative of functional & sectoral training programmes, training initiatives and overseas trip administration.
•To assist with any other support as required.
