Job Description:
The Field and DCS operators shall be capable of performing as a minimum the following:
· Assist to Commissioning team and execute the operational instructions.
· Co-ordinate with commissioning discipline team during Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
· Follow up the planned commissioning activities and manage the local field operators and operation crew.
· Involve the project field pre-commissioning, system hot commissioning, plant operations of the whole project until project handover to the OWNER and Consortium leader.
· Logbook to maintain in DCS and proper handing over during shift change.
· Plan and execute the approved procedure during system commissioning.
· Ensure routine maintenance of equipment and record until handing over to Owner.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the commissioning process and plant operation.
· Follow up the PTW status and activities with commissioning team and record in Logbook.
· Understand the project specification with regards to commissioning, commissioning documentation, emissions, waste effluent, Plant Testing, Tests on Completion, Plant Performance Test and Reliability Test.
· Identify and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions that arise during the commissioning process and inform to Comm. Lead Engineers and Commissioning Manager.
· Participate in system completion walkdown of all systems prior to handover from Construction to the Commissioning department and prioritise the punch list items.
· Ready to work on Day and Night shifts according to Commissioning schedule.
Qualification & Experience
· Minimum +7 years of experience.
· Diploma or Degree in engineering
