Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for business and solving technical problems of customers.
- Be familiar with the technical standards and specifications of the Singapore market to ensure that the products or services meet the requirements.
- Cooperate with R&D team to optimize the technical performance of products or services.
- Provide technical training and guidance to customers.
- Collect and feedback the technical requirements of Singapore market and help improve products or services.
- Follow the trend of new technology and provide technical advice for the company's business development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in science and engineering.
- Have more than 2 years experience in technical support.
- Familiar with technical knowledge and principles in related fields. Familiar with sheet metal technology, machining technology and electronic assembly technology is preferred.
- Have good problem-solving ability and adaptability.
- Strong team spirit and service consciousness.
- Can adapt to the working environment and culture in Singapore.
- Master the use of relevant tools and software.
