Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts for monthly closing, bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly different type of finance report and submit to HQ.
- Quarterly GST submission.
- Prepare forecast & budget report requested from Management or HQ.
- Responsible for reconciliation of statement.
- Preparation of reports needed by the management.
- Work with Management on the annual budgeting exercise.
- Preparation of reports needed by the management.
- Work with the various business unit heads on the mid-year forecasting exercise.
- Fulfill statutory board's requirements.
- Supporting Management with ad-hos projects/duties.
- Liaise and coordinate with external auditors.
- Assist in handling, managing banking matters and ad hoc matters/projects.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or above, preferably in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
- Detailed, analytical, dynamic, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English (to be able to liaise and coordinate with Mandarin speaking external auditors).
- Computer literate and proficient with MS Office and MS Excel.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant working experience and training will be provided.
- Knowledgeable in SAP.
- Pleasant personality and good team player.
- Have working exposure in SME's environment will be an added advantage.
