Job Description:
- Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain employee records in the HR Management System and personnel files.
- Handle monthly payroll processing.
- Manage statutory payments and claims (CPF, IR21, IR8A, NS claims, government-paid leave, training grants, etc.).
- Participate in MOM surveys.
- Prepare employment-related documents (contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, off-boarding procedures, etc.).
- Manage work pass renewals, applications, cancellations, and levy waiver requests.
- Respond to employee HR queries.
- Handle visa applications.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing and balance sheet preparation.
- Manage purchase orders and liaise with banks on payment matters.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years of HR working experience.
- Knowledgeable with Employment Act and HR Practices.
