Core Responsibilities
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, bill of quantities and other documentation
- Assessment of progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers
- Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client
- Settlement of final accounts with Client and subcontractors / suppliers
Job Specifications
- At least Degree in QS/ Civil Engineering / Building
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
- At least 2 years of working experiences in civil industry
