- Basic up to $3500 + Bonus
- Monday to Friday; 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Location: Greenwich / Changi South
The Role:
- Supervise a team of QC inspectors providing guidance and support to meet product quality standards while overseeing daily QC inspection activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement, track status of non-conformities and CAPA effectiveness.
- Perform daily process audit to meet quality operational requirements
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products and finished goods with a team of QC inspectors
- Report and resolve issues related to process deviations and defects in finished goods
- Identify and assess potential risks for process, safety and the environment
- Define acceptance criteria, selection of measurement methods and control release of production output
- Be part of the internal audit team on manufacturing/quality audit processes etc.
- Perform any other duties as assigned
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years QC experience in a manufacturing environment.
