Product Engineer

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Singapore Pte. Ltd.

This position requires experience in project management, manage end to end manufacturing processes include material flow, assembly, testing, packing and quality audit system. This individual will be required to drive Kaizen Improvement & Smart Factory Initiatives with external manufacturing partners to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance. This includes digitized/smart factory with both data analytics, IoT and integrated hardware automations.

Responsibilities

  • Leads a broad range of complex regional fulfilment processes.
  • Contributes to priority projects. Operational processes and metrics by adding creative Insights and developing recommendations.
  • Leads projects with collaborations other regions, with HPE cross functional teams as well as RSP/Business partners.
  • Lead efforts to develop operations processes enable the execution of business projects, order executions that meet project & business performance such as cost, quality and deliveries.
  • Partners with respective department, business & CM leads to resolve critical operations issues and mitigate risk for meeting revenue cut off.
  • Establish and maintain end to end manufacturing process value stream mapping, analyze and pursue continues improvement initiatives with external partners and leverage support from cross department team members.
  • Drive initiatives to transform factory into digital supply chain, data analytic, IoT and automations initiatives.
  • Manage external partner and drive customer quality issue investigation, corrective and preventive measures till closure.
  • Manage external partner performance include production cycle time, manufacturing cost and workmanship quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and process improvement techniques
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive and project-oriented

Experience

  • 4-8 years of experience
  • Excellent knowledge and Skills
