- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.
- Remuneration: Up to $4,000 Monthly Base Salary + Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + Variable Bonuses
Job Responsibilities:
- Business Relationships: Develop and maintain positive business relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Sales Support: Prepare tenders, quotations, and attend interviews, ensuring comprehensive follow-up as required.
- Sales Targets: Achieve assigned sales targets by effectively coordinating with team members for tender bidding and project execution.
- Sales Activities: Conduct sales activities including presentations, site surveys, and negotiate contracts to maximize business opportunities.
- Project Updates: Provide timely and accurate project reports and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales within construction or engineering sectors, with a focus on maintaining client relationships.
- Education: Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Diploma in Engineering.
