Roles & Responsibilities
· Provide sales and administrative support to manager in day to day duties
· Maintaining a high level of customer service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
· Actively contributing to the achieving of the sales objectives
· Handling routine telephone & email/fax queries from customers
· Follow-up enquiries with local and overseas clients, and quotations
· Preparing of quotation based on customer requests
· Generate quotation, purchase orders (PO), sales orders, invoices, delivery orders (DO), Handover Form, purchase requisitions, work orders, payment and sales reports
· Coordinating with operation / purchasing / accounts to expedite on-time deliveries to customers
· Performs another sales or admin related ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· At least O Level, Diploma or relevant qualifications
· Customer service oriented and have a great sense of urgency
· Able to work independently as well as in a team and willing to learn
· Proficient in MS Office
· Best with social media skills
· With or without experience
· Must be willing to learn.
