Overview
As part of our continued business expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in the local Singapore market, with a specific focus in the analgesic and FMCG industries.
In this role, you are required to identify opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction, develop account strategies to meet sales targets, identify product placement opportunities, analyse market trends and conducting in-depth market research to identify potential growth opportunities, collaborating with sales and marketing team on promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage key accounts in the local Singapore market to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement key account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
3. Identify opportunities for product placement and increased brand visibility in the analgesic sector.
4. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
6. Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with key clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
7. Provide regular performance reports and updates on key account activities to sales team.
8. Any tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements
• Proven 2-3 years’ experience with track record success in sales/ key account management, preferably in the FMCG / Pharma channel
• Experience with supermarkets, convenience stores, travel retail or pharmacy channel clients will be an advantage.
• Trade Marketing experience, Distributor management experience will be an added advantage.
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation, Excellent communication
• Handling the pressure and stress of achieving targets
• Proficient in MS office suite.
• Good to have if you possess a valid class 3 driving licence
