Responsibilities:
As a Training & Performance Support Developer, you will support the Learning/Training Lead by designing, developing, and deploying the training and performance support materials. You will be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Master proficiency in Learning Content Development is required.
Advanced proficiency in Training Evaluation Strategy, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and Training Visual Design are recommended.
Design and develop innovative training materials.
Create engaging performance support resources.
Collaborate with the Learning/Training Lead to identify training needs.
Conduct training evaluations to measure effectiveness.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning content development
Requirement
-SAP HR Training. Must have experience with SuccessFactor (actual delivery, reference guide, simulation, EnableNow sims, evaluations.
• Consultant level - should be able to do training assessment. • Bonus : Change management activities (development change strategy plan, comms plan, execution of comms, user engagement)
