Key Responsibilities
- Collecting real estate data from various sources such as public records, real estate listings, and other relevant databases.
- Conducting exploratory analysis and quality assurance of data obtained from various sources
- Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Transforming complex data into actionable insights through clear and concise reporting
- Collaborating on the evaluation, development, and enhancement of diverse machine learning models
- Providing ad-hoc data visualization and analysis support across different company departments
- Monitoring and updating the Automation Valuation Model (AVM) to incorporate new data, adjust for market changes, and improve accuracy.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Skills required
- Proficiency in Python programming, with familiarity in essential packages such as pandas, numpy, and sklearn
- Knowledge of SQL
- Strong understanding of statistics
- Previous experience in real-life machine learning projects is advantageous
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Knowledge in the field of real estate is a plus
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Science, or Engineering
