Drive CI projects
- Lead CI initiatives such as cost saving, yield improvement, Human Resource Management, etc. and share such practices with AP Technologies facilities overseas.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles and best practices to drive process improvements across all production lines.
Documentation Control
- Develop Production procedural documentation, WI and standards that meet the quality standards and requirements.
- Provide training to Operations teams ensuring consistent application of work procedure and quality standards.
Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to introduce new technologies and innovations to manufacturing process.
Reporting and KPI
- Report monthly CI & KPI performance.
- Report any abnormality to Immediate Reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
