- Report to Managing Director in overall turnover and achieving sales targets
- Uphold level of service quality standards and brand image
- Coordinate with Marketing Team on Beauty Studio's promotions and marketing activities
- Provide professional skin consultation and recommend suitable products, treatments and packages to customers
- Pro-active in before-and- after sales support to maintain strong client relationships
- To develop and establish new clientele accounts
- Monitor turnover and achieve sales targets
- Achieve and maintain profitability of Beauty Studios by maintaining the product pricing/cost structure
- Generate monthly sales reports to Management
- Other administrative duties
- High apitude for customer care excellence
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented, possess high enthusiasm and a strong interest in business
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- At least 3 years of working experience in the beauty or beauty related industry
- Extensive sales experience is a plus
