- You shall diligently plan, schedule the works and deploy the relevant workers and/or sub-contractors to carry out the works and complete them in a timely manner.
- You shall supervise the works closely so as to ensure the correct and approved materials and methods are used and executed, besides coordinating the works.
- You must be contactable at all times (i.e 24 hrs a day) during the contract period or extended contract period to receive instructions from Client.
- You shall report to the respective zones to take instruction and diligently plan, schedule the works and deploy the relevant workers and/or subcontractors to carry out the works as and when required by our Client.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering with least 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry; or
- Possess a National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or at least 5 years of similar capacity relevant working in the building construction industry; or
- Other qualifications and working experience in the building construction industry acceptable to the Superintending Officer's Representative.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
- Working Schedule: 5-day work week.
