Job Scope
- Manage reputable clients account
- Demonstrate strong phone handling skills by actively listening and responding to clients with emotional intelligence.
- Swift handling of customer inquiries.
- Update details of customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in the database and action taken for verification and training purposes.
- Prompt follow-ups on customer interactions via email.
- Keeping Proof of Delivery (POD) records of customers and proper filing of documents.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma/BA degree. Preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and preferably Mandarin as well.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc)
- Experience working in a customer service focused environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Your unique personality! A great sense of humor is an advantage.
