We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Client Onboarding Analyst - Hybrid (InternalJob Title: Client Onboard Analyst – C09) based in Singapore. In this role, you’re expected to:
- Responsible for administrative support functions such as performing various daily and monthly reports, coordinating with vendors for external mails as well as performing client data updates.
- Responsible for documentation review and system setups. Demonstrates high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills.
- Establishes and maintains close working relationship with stakeholders and within team to facilitate an open and direct communication of issues, needs and queries such that these may be responded to in an efficient, prompt and professional manner.
- Ensures a strong and robust processing environment with effective controls.
- Maintains a strong culture of risk and controls in the team through various processes and check points. Daily deliverable of routine and defined tasks, while developing knowledge of the broader context in which work is being performed.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
- At least 1 year of experience in Client Onboarding/Client Data Maintenance focusing on Documentation Review and Static Data set-up.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, pro-active team player but also able to work independently, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner, strong attention to detail, and willingness to go extra mile.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
