Responsibilities
- Remove Existing Nail Polish: Clean, trim, and file nails to perfection.
- Soften Calluses and Remove Rough Skin: Ensure smooth and soft feet.
- Polish or Buff Nails: Enhance the natural shine of nails.
- Apply Artificial Nails and Nail Art: Create stunning and artistic nail designs.
- Advise Clients: Provide tips and recommendations for nail and skincare for hands and feet.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the spa and workplace clean and hygienic.
- Performs all facial treatments therapy available.
- Practices the high standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation.
- Ability to up sell and cross sell to meets retail sales performance requirements.
- Manage customer appointments and actively builds clientele base.
- Consistently records and updates client records.
Requirements
- Familiar with facial treatment processes.
- Retail sales and customer service experience of minimum 2 years are highly desired.
- Enjoys team environment and interaction with co-workers and customers.
- Energetic, able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Customer service orientated.
